Most orders take 3-5 full business days to process before shipment. Orders made after 9 AM on a business day will start processing the following business day. Due to extreme weather conditions, orders may occasionally take more than 3 Business Days to process; we will do our best to inform you when this happens.
Express orders are orders with any shipping method other than Home Delivery or In-Store Pickup. Express orders are usually processed within 2 Business Days, will receive no refund for express shipping. Shipping companyies ( Fedex, UPS, USPS) does not guarantee any of their express shipments; we are not responsible if any package does not arrive within the desired time restraints. Orders received between 9 AM on Friday and 11:30 PM on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders made after 9 AM on a business day will start processing the following business day.
In-Store pickups have a 3 business day processing period as well. In store pickup customers will be contacted via phone when orders are ready to pick up. Orders made after 9 AM on a business day will start processing the following business day.
Our Demo Skis & Snowboards are amazing products with a different order fulfillment process. They are the perfect VALUE package! Each demo is being used in our rental fleet but will be tuned by our skilled technicians prior to being shipped. Purchasing our demos provides a low price with un-compromised performance. While each demo varies cosmetically, they all will inspire confidence while looking great. The product image does not reflect the visual condition and demo binding models and colors may vary. Please keep in mind that demo orders take 10-12 business days to process. We do not provide return shipping for demo orders.
Orders with multiple items may ship separately. Orders do not generally process over the weekends and only business days will be considered processing days. All orders received after 9:00 AM will be processed the following business day. We do not ship outside the United States. Due to legal restrictions we cannot mount bindings to skis. All orders will be shipped via FedEx. That means we cannot ship to any PO Box or military addresses. Free shipping promotions only apply to the continental United States (Alaska & Hawaii excluded). Occasionally fulfilling orders can take longer than normal because we keep our inventory at our local ski shops and it can take a while to track down certain items.
We offer a *30-Day Money Back Guarantee, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Any unopened/unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the package is delivered to receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). After the 30 days you may return your item with a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted 60 days after purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging and tags (Including price tags). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, except in the event of our error. All demo products are held to a strict 30 day return policy.
